Around Peniche there are more than 20 Surfspots of all kinds. Reefbreaks for advanced Surfers, beachies for beginners and beachies for pros like the by now world famous "Supertubes".
Because of the two peninsulas of Peniche and Baleal we have breaks facing north, south and west in driving distance. So almost every wind direction will hit a nearby spot in offshore direction. A surfers dream.
